While we’d love it if you have a deep understanding of the R&D Tax Credits market or relevant legislation and its impact on SMEs, this is not essential. What’s most important is your ability to engage prospects, position our services as solutions, and achieve results.Your missionYour mission as our BDM will be to drive sales growth and diversify Grantify’s client portfolio in the R&D Tax Credits space. By understanding SMEs’ unique needs, you’ll position Grantify’s services to help them unlock funding opportunities.   • Diversify the client base: By helping us reach SMEs across various industries, you’ll diversify our client portfolio, providing invaluable opportunities to broaden the scope of our R&D Tax Credit services.
  • Build lasting relationships: You’ll cultivate long-term connections with key stakeholders, enjoying the satisfaction of being a trusted advisor in their R&D journey. Repeat business and referrals will validate the strength of the relationships you build.

  • You have a natural ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • You’re driven and resilient in a competitive sales environment, thriving when faced with challenges.
  • You may have some understanding of R&D Tax Credits or relevant legislation, but if not, you’re a quick learner who’s excited to dive into this field.
  • You love networking and have a knack for expanding your professional circle to secure new business.
  • You work autonomously, taking the initiative to reach targets while being a collaborative team player.
  • You’re adaptable and always eager to learn, keeping up with changes in legislation, market trends, and client needs.

Your Background

  • Proven track record in business development or sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs, including revenue targets and client acquisition.
  • A strong understanding of R&D Tax Credits is a bonus but not required. What matters most is your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply and persuasively.
  • Experience in diversifying client portfolios and expanding into new markets is highly desirable.
