Location: Flexible, hybrid role with regular travel to Siemens sites (Manchester and Farnborough) and customer sites UK wide.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive large-scale decarbonisation projects.

Our Hiring Process

We’re hiring for potential, not industry experience, and so our process looks a little bit different.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Learn and Grow : New technical information, knowledge and a complex environment means learning and growth will be key to success.

• Adapt to change : Projects and plans change. You’ll need to be able to cope with the pressure and adapt accordingly, ensuring that priorities are re-assessed, and projects are kept on track.

• Interact and Liaise : You will interact with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and customers, liaising and influencing as needed.
