Our methodology combines eye-tracking, facial coding, timed tests, survey data, and data modelling – so we have a rich tapestry of human derived data from which to glean insights.We have the privilege of partnering with leading brands across influencer and social media advertising like Amazon Ads, Netflix, OMG, Whalar, Influencer, BBC and more.RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to be our founding sales team member responsible for new logo sales in addition to initial expansion on our tier 1 accounts.This role has enormous growth potential, with career progression built in for those that take full ownership and deliver across both leading and lagging metrics. The mission is simple – grow and establish our next 20 clients.What You’ll Do

  • Target a defined list of accounts, focused on evangelising Element Human’s groundbreaking measurement solution with Agencies and Brands in EU and North America.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and discovery to negotiating and closing the first Proof of Concept.
  • Responsible for converting PoC customers into either new ad-hoc projects or into a committed usage licence.
  • Build and maintain a healthy new business pipeline
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to relevant functions on insight gleaned from customer feedback.
  • Seamlessly transition customers to delivery, finance, and legal ensuring all details are accounted for and correct expectations are set and met.
  • Act as an ambassador for Element Human, attending events and creating a sense of community amongst relevant measurement stakeholders across Europe and North America

Experience & qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in either media and/or software sales.
  • Have experience in selling to both agencies and brands
  • High-level of quota attainment in previous roles
  • Highly skilled in prospecting
  • Proficient with core sales tools, i.e. Salesforce, LinkedIn, Apollo
