About the Role

As Business Development Manager you will play a key role in accelerating year-on-year growth and expanding our market presence. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and strategic professional to contribute to the growth of a market-leading organisation while developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing account-specific strategies to maximise revenue and win new business.

  • Ensuring the team meets sales, productivity, and debt management targets.

  • Maintaining GDPR compliance and following regulatory processes.

  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership.

  • Identifying and engaging key decision-makers to drive new business.

  • Prioritising customer interactions to maximise opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with market needs.

  • Maintaining expert knowledge of LexisNexis products and industry trends.

  • Gathering and relaying customer insights to support business growth.

  • Solving operational challenges and supporting additional business needs.

    Requirements

  • Have up to 5 years sales experience, with a proven track record of success.

  • Demonstrate experience of building and maintaining excelling client relationships.

  • Be a highly motivated, resilient and experienced sales professional with passion & conviction to take on new challenges in a business development capacity.

  • Be able to demonstrate integrity, conviction and natural curiosity.

  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator with superior business acumen.

  • Be able to demonstrate existing proven success and overachievement in a fast-paced quota-driven environment.

  • Be process driven and follows proven best practice to achieve success.
