The current function is provided by the founders of Recoup, but due to rapid growth, it is no longer possible, so needs a confident, organised, experienced and above all diligent individual to make this field their own.As a mid-level role within our business and reporting into the Commercial Director, this role requires a natural relationship builder, who will use existing and new relationships/networks to promote Recoup WWHRS. You will be required to identify and develop new business opportunities; build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and internal teams; and expand the company growth in this sector. You will be expected to work collaboratively with existing Recoup teams to nurture existing partnerships and develop new ones; as well as leveraging all the resources available to us from our sister and parent companies. It should be recognised that, as a company with sustainability at its core, we strive to develop innovative, sustainable working practices and methods of customer engagement. We have no plans to operate traditional on-the-road sales teams, meaning you will be expected to minimise travel and instead use technology and Recoup’s existing resources to engage meaningfully with all stakeholders. Your objective is to deliver sales and specification though internal and external collaboration, in a sector driven by sustainability, building regulations and cost-effective solutions. We offer a great package, with competitive salary, 4-day working week for all staff and flexible, understanding working practices. We are a friendly, supportive team; and are the UK market leaders for WWHRS, with an established and respected record in the new build residential sector and on a trajectory for exponential growth which will be further catalysed by establishing our product with SME/Regional Developers and Sub-Contractors.If you are interested in working with a modern, forward thinking, entrepreneurial company, with an innovative, start-up mentality, a true sustainability ethos, and the backing and support of both the UK’s leading showering innovator (Mira Showers) and a family-owned global conglomerate (Kohler), paired with freedom to operate, develop and grow, then please talk to us.Job Role & Responsibilities
