Job DescriptionAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement? Join our team as a Senior BI Team Lead, where you’ll drive central initiatives, prioritize critical workloads, and lead a dedicated group of Continuous Improvement Specialists to new heights.No relocation assistance is offered for this positionCore Responsibilities

  • Organizes overall BI team workload into an actively managed, prioritized backlog
  • Drives a data-driven approach to identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities and tracking and measurement of outcomes
  • Responsible for team organization and governance around ways of working, identifying and improving team capabilities and methodology
  • People leader for (Lead Professional) 4-5 Continuous Improvement Specialists
  • Spends remaining 50% of time engaged in other continuous improvement activities, sharing workload and responsibility with The BI Manager Specialist roles peers

  • 2-3 years strong, demonstrated experience in leading teams of specialists in a high-trust environment with a focus on on-the-job learning and skill development
  • 1-2 years in a full-time continuous improvement-type role in a white collar / office environment
  • Experienced in use of data to assess and quantify continuous improvement initiatives, both inputs and outcomes
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Moreover, it will be a plus if you come with one or more of the following:

  • Lean Six Sigma or other equivalent qualifications a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience in working with Agile backlogs
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with strong consumer brands
  • Experience working in digital marketing and/or ecommerce teams that manage front-end customer journeys
