What you’ll do:As a Business Intelligence Manager you will lead the design and development of Salesforce CRMA analytics experiences.Responsibilites:

  • Provide guidance on best practices and ensure continuous professional development of the team.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, solution, and build data visualization products to be consumed by our Sales & CX Leadership teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and execute against a prioritized backlog of data visualization and business intelligence tasks.
  • Work with a supporting cast of analysts and engineers to understand requirements and develop CRMA dashboards to embed in Salesforce Experience Cloud sites..
  • Implement UX components by following CRMA dashboard design principles and deliver new capabilities, PoC dashboards, and predictive models.
  • Partner closely with data engineering to ensure on-time delivery of components and features..
  • Develop and maintain internal product documentation. This may include but not limited to data sources and ERDs, logical definition defined in the presentation layer, and visual assets/libraries (including images, styles, colors, etc).
  • Oversee data quality including validation, cleansing/scrubbing data in the presentation layer.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the IT department and other business units.

Who You’ll Work WithYou will be working with the DigitalX Connected Console Team, a department within Cisco’s Operations. Our mission is to create an exceptional unified Insights and Analytics experience for Sales and CX Sellers, driving recurring revenue and performance growth for Cisco. This team plays a crucial role in identifying, positioning, and selling more Cisco products and services to our customers, supporting our transition to a recurring revenue model.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior leadership on high-visibility and strategic programs. You will also gain exposure to various partner teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and IT. Operating in a matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with other business leaders, analysts, data engineers, UI engineers, and process architects.Who You AreYou are a Teammate, open minded, patient while at the same time you are be able to proactively persuade others to on board or take actions, takes ownership, is a learner, and does not hesitate to provide interpersonal support as needed. You have good communication and presentation skills with demonstrable experience communicating to senior leadership.Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer, electronics, communication, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience using Business Intelligence visualization tools like Einstein Analytics, Tableau for the creation and automation of Enterprise Scale dashboards.
  • Strong visualization design and development experience with Salesforce Analytics, Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • 2+ years in UX development and understanding of how to effectively embed dashboards into existing applications. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Possesses a solid foundation in data analytics, an understanding and foundation in data science.
  • Solid understanding of data and reporting platforms and processes.
  • Proficiency in Einstein Analytics (formerly known as Salesforce Analytics Cloud) and experience in developing and deploying analytics solutions on the platform.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge of Cisco’s business and data platforms
  • GCP, Snowflake, SAP HANA, SFDC, CRMA knowledge is desired
  • Experience in Cisco and Sales/Marketing highly preferred as ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the CX business and relevant data architectures.

Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
