About the teamAt Deliveroo, our Global Business Recruitment Team spans multiple departments and regions and each of our Corporate Recruiters is a specialist in their area. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager for UKI, you’ll work strategically across a range of stakeholder levels (Manager through to VP) within the marketing, operations and commercial teams, leading on proactive and strategic initiatives.About the roleYou will support the Deliveroo UK & Ireland org, based from the London office where we’re proud to offer flexible and hybrid working. You will take the lead on recruitment for various marketing, operations and commercial (sales, account management & BDM) roles and own the end-end recruitment campaigns. You will have previous experience sourcing both volume and niche talent, managing candidates and stakeholders across a range of seniority and evaluating technical and behavioural competencies against our Values. Outside of recruitment delivery, you will contribute towards (and in some cases own) various projects to drive operational improvements across our global recruitment team.Responsibilities
