About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate – Global Treasury Management Service – CSO3 within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for a complex portfolio of customers

  • Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts

  • Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio

  • Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts

  • Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio

  • Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution

  • Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment

  • Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders

  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services Experience

  • 6+ months experience supporting Complex Treasury Management Products (Ex: ECS Product Suite, BAI, International Wires)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Treasury Management Tools and Applications (Ex: UAM, Service View, Hogan)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Commercial banking or Corporate Investment Banking client base

  • Strong personal leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate others

  • Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, willing to work as a team player in a team environment

  • Ability to navigate multiple Treasury Management systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships

  • Problem analysis and resolution skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

  • Strong telephone etiquette skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Required 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

  • Working hours will be 9am – 6pm Central Time.

  • The work location for this position will transition to Irving, Texas in 2025.
