THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a highly organised and communicative professional to join our team as a Business Systems Manager.In this role as Business Systems Manager, you will work closely with third-party developers to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and recommend improvements, with a particular focus on NetSuite and ecommerce platforms. Whether your background is technical or non-technical, your ability to clearly communicate processes to internal stakeholders is crucial. You’ll lead efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our core business systems, collaborating with our UK and USA teams to ensure seamless system functionality and maintain data integrity across operations.Your key responsibilities will include managing system integrations, leading implementation projects, providing expert support, conducting audits, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting system configurations and ensuring continuous process development.If you’re a NetSuite expert with a passion for ecommerce, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for system enhancements, we want you on our team!You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week on average depending on business needs.BEHIND THE BRANDSWe’re a family-run, entrepreneurial company with an exciting pace of life and a bright and friendly team.
