 A leading manufacturer of high-end power converters is
adding a Buyer to their team! This is a full-time, Direct Hire role, that offers long-term career growth and benefits upon permanent hire.

 Buyer Job Duties:

• Purchases approved materials and services to meet MRP generated
  requirements or purchase requisitions
• Analyzes the MRP Order Action Report daily in order to determine
  material requirements
• Assists the Materials Manager in the RFQ process for annual
  purchasing agreements and assists in the negotiation process
• Expedites materials as required by analyzing past due purchase orders
  and seeks manager approval for any additional costs that may be incurred
  as a result of the expediting activity
• Arranges the return of rejected material
• All other duties assigned

 Pay: $25-$28

 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM

 Buyer Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 (one – two) years of buying experience, specifically with the
  procurement of electrical/electronic components, electro-mechanical
  components, custom fabricated material, hardware, cables and cable
  assemblies and printed wiring assemblies
• General purchasing and negotiation skills
• Must be computer proficient, with specific proficiency in Microsoft
  Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must have working knowledge of MRP systems
