Salary: $19/hr.
We are hiring for call center associates to join the team of a 24/7 answering service in Madison. These are excellent evaluation hire opportunities, with flexible part time or full time scheduling.
Part time and full time schedules are available, and this position would require working in office. The company is located near a bus line.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls unique to each client, collect relevant data and direct the call based on client scripts
Other clerical duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Good listening skills, polite and professional phone skills
Typing of min. 35 wpm
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift are currently available 7 days per week:
Pay: $19/hr.
