Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring Call Center Representatives in Eastgate, OH/Union Township, OH.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answers, screens, and processes medical service requests and telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality agreements and policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate optimal patient access and maximize the accuracy of data entry for scheduling and clinical messaging.
  • Meets outlined benchmarks and/or quality indicators as monitored through dashboards, audits, or other quality reporting tools.
  • Fostering ownership and personal responsibility for exceeding patient service expectations.
  • Responsible for professionally responding to all inquiries from callers as they relate to health services.
  • Promotes a sense of pride in the call center and positive interpersonal relations among all team members.
  • Supports organizational changes.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in providing coverage and/or availability for the call center via scheduling adjustments for unexpected absences, events, or call volume variances.
  • Participates in improving Call Center performance.
  • Recommends areas or approaches for improvement activities and accuracy of both scheduling and clinical messaging functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/ Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills that include a combination of experience in a Windows Operating System, e-mail, and EHR data entry required
  • 1-2 years Call Center experience preferred

Additionally, MUST have at least one of the following:

  • Medical Background
  • Call center experience coupled with medical terminology
  • Experience working in a doctor”s office
  • Medical records experience
  • Ability to speak clearly in order to communicate effectively between patient and provider, provide pre-visit instructions/directions, and relay provider instructions.
