Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Client Support Services handle incoming phone calls regarding inquiries on customer accounts

• Calls need to be handled with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Support areas include client cash management products and services, online and mobile app requests, and general account or financial-related inquiries

• Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service
