Salary: $18 – $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide World Class Customer Service, resulting in winning experiences
  • Communicate courteously and confidently with customers by telephone, email, and website chat.
  • Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Accurately enter phone, Email, fax, EDI, and website orders.
  • Knowledgeably handle website customer service “Chat” feature conversations.
  • Document, investigate and help solve customers’ problems and complaints.
  • Set up new customers’ accounts into ERP system.
  • Update account information in company databases as needed.
  • Follow established processes, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Remain focused on the functions of the position, and calm, even during demanding, fast-paced times.
  • Work on Customer Service related projects when presented, as well as other department tasks, as assigned.
