Job Summary: Seattle Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple Call Center Representatives.
Associates in this role will be working in a call center to answer incoming calls for one of the busiest and largest Tow Companies in Seattle!
This is a long-term contract-to-hire position.
Schedule: 40 Hours weekly – Flexible Schedules
Pay: $19.97/hr to Start
Job Duties:
Responsible for inbound and outbound customer contact
Provides excellent customer service and resolution
Ability to work independently and, in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
People person, outgoing, friendly personality, thick skin
Comfortable with technology
Ability to multitask
