What you’ll be doing as a Call Center Representative
- Taking phone reservations for campgrounds
- Software navigation expertise (booking, payment, look-ups)
- Assisting with troubleshooting
- Handling questions related to the reservation process
- Processing cancellations and addressing related inquiries
What you’ll need to succeed as a Call Center Representative
- At least one year of customer service experience. Call center experience is great, but not required
- A knack for computers and learning new software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
