Call Center Representative Job
Duties:
- Utilizing an auto (power) dialer that automatically dials out to prospective students and live transfer interested
students to the college of their interest. - Assisting in setting
up on-campus tour appointments for students and answering any questions
that they may have. - Utilize a variety of
computer software to call, transfer and set appointments. - Provide great customer service and
a positive experience.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, Must be available to work any 8 hours shift between the operating hours of 6am-7pm. Your regular schedule would be 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm and could alternate on these.
Pay: $17.00 per
hour
- Upon permanent hire: $1.00 per hour increase
Call Center Representative Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months – 1 year of any sales experience in a previous role.
- At least 6 months to
one year working for your most recent employer. - Previous experience
working in a high pace role where you had daily & weekly goals. - Comfortable using computer programs and navigating through multiple software platforms
simultaneously. - Strong written and
verbal communication
skills.
