ARS has been serving customers for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. Our call center is hiring Customer Service Representatives. 

We are offering a $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS. This will be paid out in increments of 30 and 90 days. 

COMPETITIVE HOURLY COMPENSATION, paid weekly!

Inbound Call Center Representative: $18/hr

Bilingual, English & Spanish, Call Center Representative: $19/hr

We are a 24/7 Contact Center. Rotated night and weekend shifts may be required. 

Schedules Available:

Daytime: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Evening: 1:30pm – 10:00pm

Office: The individual hired for this role will interview & complete training in our Sanford office. They will report into our NEW Maitland, FL office as of opening in August 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Report into work on-time, clocking into the phone system in a prompt manner starting shift and relieve outgoing shift.
  • Professionally handle incoming and outgoing call requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to; scheduling appointments, relaying detailed messages through email, processing credit card payments, data entry, and de-escalating customer concerns.
  • Maintain a balance between company policies and customer benefit in decision-making on when to include a supervisor. 
  • Handles issues in the best interests of customers and the company all while maintaining a positive expression over the phone.
  • Regularly attend and participate in ongoing mentorship and training from the call center supervisors. 
  • Other job duties as described. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years. 
  • 1+ years experience in a Call Center environment.
  • Inbound customer service experience.
  • Must be an effective and thorough communicator, detail oriented and able to gather pertinent customer details, all while giving an excellent customer experience. 
  • Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
  • Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude within work environment.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with weekend rotations as required. 
  • Reliable transportation (this is NOT a remote opportunity).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus!
