that has been servicing the community for over 50 years is looking for a Call Center Representative. This company is dedicated to making a great environment

This is a full-time, entry level, temp-to-hire

Call Center Representative Duties:

  • Engage with members over the phone
    and provide and deliver exceptional customer service to build relationships
  • Educate members
    on products and services
  • Handle members
    personal information confidentially
  • Complete and
    maintain reports and files efficiently and accurately

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Training for your first couple of weeks will be 8:00 AM -4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00/hour (+ 0.75 for Bilingual Candidates) 

Call Center Representative
Requirements:

  • Bilingual – spanish
  • Previous
    experience in customer service, sales, or banking
  • Experience in a
    fast-paced, customer focused environment
  • Strong
    communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to
    navigate between multiple software’s and systems
