The Company:I am very excited to be partnering exclusively with my client to help them build a dedicated and professional Customer Success / Professional Services team.As a result of 12 years of continued success and a rounding fund that closed in November, they are aggressively hiring 20 roles across multiple teams.They help businesses achieve their marketing objectives and maximize ROI by improving lead quality, streamlining operational processes, and increasing the speed of lead flow.Role:Campaign Manager:
- A highly executional role, very detail oriented, perfect for someone who likes to complete work to a high standard
- You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns from beginning to end, making sure campaigns are set up correctly and make sure it’s delivering across the lifecycle
- You’ll help identify any concerns that need to be addressed / optimised
- You’ll take a lead on your campaigns, having entrepreneurial, problem solving opportunities whereby if a campaign isn’t performing you can make your suggestions
- You will also produce and deliver QBR’s and end of campaign reviews to provide data and outcomes
- Managing big spends of £100k+
- Working with Enterprise, highly recognised companies like Oracle and Amazon
- Working in conjunction with the likes of Dentsu and AWS
- Co-ordinating with your manager – Customer Success Manager but mainly owning your work
Background needed:
- 2 years experience in a similar role, a bonus if you’ve worked on a similar lead gen tech platform
- Experience reading signals in campaign performance and understanding optimisation strategy
- Confident delivering end of campaign reviews and QBR’s to client
- Experience / drive / confident working on campaigns with £100,000+ media spend
- Someone who understands the ecosystem of working in the middle, with brokers and with a client
- Someone who can own this role, be adaptable, creative, use initiative and have a can-do, starter-finisher attitude when it comes to problem solving or spotting a solution within challenges that may arise
- Solutions focused – find the answers, be curious enough to look at all options and problem solve or report all options identified
