About the Role:We are urgently hiring compassionate Hourly Care Assistants in Cheshunt to provide essential home care support. If you have a caring nature, are dependable, and value building trusting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Medication Support: Administering and managing medications
- Companionship: Providing emotional support and meaningful conversations
- Household Help: Light cleaning and meal preparation
- Mobility Support: Assisting with movement and daily activities
- Care Records: Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous care experience is advantageous but not required
- Character: Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
- Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (Adult) required
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus but not mandatory
