Home Instead is looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team as Waking Nights Care Assistants, supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes during the quiet hours of the night.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoAs a Waking Nights Care Assistant, you’ll provide peace of mind to our clients and their families by offering overnight support tailored to their needs. Your duties may include:

• Providing emotional support and companionship throughout the night.
• Assisting with personal care, such as mobility, toileting, or repositioning.
• Ensuring the client’s environment is safe and secure.
• Responding promptly to any needs or emergencies during the night.
• Carrying out light household tasks to prepare for the morning.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForTo join our team as a Waking Nights Care Assistant, you’ll need:

• A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine passion for helping others.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own car (essential).
• The right to work in the UK (we are not currently offering sponsorship).
• Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends.
• A commitment to maintaining clients’ dignity and respecting their independence.
