Carpenter/Painter in Springfield, Missouri

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Carpenter/Painter for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a temporary role.

Carpenter/Painter Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Prepare paints, lacquers, and enamels
– Thin paints to proper viscosity and consistency for application
– Box and palletize product after it is painted
– Construct a variety of sizes of crates and skids out of wood
– Use automatic shrink-wrapping machine
– Use hand tools and power tools to assemble items according to specifications and blueprints

Carpenter/Painter Requirements:
– Overtime required
– Experience with industrial painting
– Must have steel toed shoes
