Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)
Working style: Hybrid working, with flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe

Let’s Talk About The Role
As a Cash Coordinator, you will work within our European Credit department, helping to manage the payments process for our Wholesale/Business customers all across the EMEA Region.

Processing all payments via the internal payment management system into SAP database
Carrying out the correct allocation of cash, invoices, and credit notes to our customers’ account
Posting payments and bank reconciliation in SAP
Working closely with VF Treasury, Credit Controllers, and Accountants for the EMEA region

You have great communication skills and confidence to use them
You’ll enjoy focusing on accuracy and attention to detail, working with lots of data, facts and figures
You are able to work towards achievable goals in order to reach our targets and accomplish our work every day
You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, supporting and helping one another along the way
You are computer literate, and MS Excel will be really useful if you know your way around it already
Experience in finance could be a great basis but we are open to all backgrounds and previous knowledge if you have enthusiasm to learn!
