Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client’s worksite.Job Title: Catering ServerHourly Rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hrShift Dates: Shifts will vary based on the client’s needsLocation: Dallas, TX and surrounding citiesIndeed Flex is hiring Catering Servers for their hospitality client in Dallas, TX.**From December 7th, 2024 to December 16th, 2024, earn an extra $30 when you complete 2 shifts! Requirements:

• MUST have a minimum of 1-year experience within the last 3 years in sit-down fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
• Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests on a personal level
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must have: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes, and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to assigned tables, adhering to fine dining etiquette and guest satisfaction standards.
• Confidently explain menu items and wine pairings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless service.
• Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized tableside presentation, following restaurant hygiene and aesthetic standards.
