Job description

- Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM, with weekly earnings averaging $1,400-$1,680
- Mileage: 2,500-3,000 miles per week
- Pay Increases: Raises every 3-6 months, up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop-and-hook
- Perks: Rider and pet policy available after training completion
- Home Time: 14 days out, 2 full days at home; option to take the truck home during breaks
- Running Area: Primarily east of the Mississippi River, with occasional routes to the West Coast
- Benefits: Full medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and more after just 30 days
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years)
- No DUIs in the last 5 years or more than 2 lifetime DUIs (if prior to CDL-A)
- No prior terminations from previous employment
- Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
- Criminal records will be reviewed by the safety team
- Employment history: No large gaps (maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of OTR experience
For Recent Graduates/Trainees:
- Training Pay: $650 per week for 200-250 hours of behind-the-wheel training
- Post-Training Pay: Starting at $0.56 CPM, with weekly earnings averaging $1,400-$1,680
- Mileage: 2,500-3,000 miles per week
- Pay Increases: Raises every 3-6 months, with potential earnings of up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years
