Job Description:Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a CDL A Team Driver for our Arlington, TX presort facility!Route Details:

• The salary per Driver is $90,000 per year!
• Hiring Bonus is $6000:

• $2000 at 90 days of employment
• $2000 at 6 months of employment
• $2000 at 12 months of employment

• Dedicated weekly route from Arlington, TX to Las Vegas, NV and other routes if necessary due to business needs
• An established Team is preferred
• A teammate will be provided for Solo Drivers

Equipment:

• Sleeper Tractor – Freightliner Cascadia
• Refrigerator, TV Mount, Microwave and 1800 Watt Power Inverter included
• 72 inch height space along with a built in closet and curtain partition to separate between the Sleeper and Cab
• Fleet is leased with a maintenance contract

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 21 years in age
• Valid Class A License and meet applicable DOT requirements for CDL Drivers
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable driving experience and a minimum of 75,000 miles in the last five years driving a tractor trailer (semi) truck with a safe driving record
• Candidates must have a basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of their native language
• Experience with electronic equipment and software, such as: GPS, AVL units, CD, AOBRD (Automatic On-Boarding Device) and ELD Systems (Samsara) etc.

What You Will Do:

• Transport and deliver freight over the road for long distances in a safe, efficient, timely and legal manner
• Hook and unhook trailers; secure freight; install and remove tire chains as required by weather
• Comply with DOT rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects/repairs to appropriate Pitney Bowes personnel
• Represent Pitney Bowes and the truck driving industry in a professional manner

Our Team:Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS®. For completing this work, Presort Services receives discounted postage rates. By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, we are able to share a portion of that discount with them. Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually. We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings.We will:
