Job Description:You will be part of Innovation & Technology OrganizationInnovation & Technology is the heart of technical expertise within Energy Management, driving innovation and technological advances in key areas such as materials, sensors, actuators and cut-off. We actively support LoB’s strategic projects, particularly in electronics, sustainability, eco-design, edge computing and DC. We also certify the Group’s products and manage its test laboratories.The electrification of the transportation is critical in the journey to a net-zero destination. eMobility is still a new and fast-growing market, where Conformity Assessment (CA) is key. Become part of this journey and support us in ensuring market access and demonstration of the compliance of our offer.Your role:In this position, you are responsible for the management of product conformity assessment. You’ll work with several internal function and as well with national and international Certification Bodies, with the goal to achieve eMobility offer compliance, to ensure the market access and furthermore to differentiate the offer of Schneider Electric. The major focus of this position will be on certificates and declaration of Conformity for eMobility offers.Conformity assessment is a multi-discipline activity from various technology, via Marketing to even some legal approach. Become part of this journey and support us in ensuring market access and demonstration of the compliance of our offer.Your missions:

• Planning, Monitoring and Executing of the conformity assessment activities according to applicable standards and statutory requirements (among others: installation rules dedicated to chargers, IEC for AC chargers and DC chargers and UL/CSA world)
• Consultation of Offer Owner etc. for national, international or segment market access (from compulsory to volunteer conformity assessment)
• Collaboration with the League and Squad to reach and keep the compliance of the offer
• Coordination with Certification Bodies
• Support of the Business (example, specific compliance request)
• Evolution & Alert Management (example, in chase of changed statutory requirements)

The role is based in Grenoble (Eybens), France.Your profile:

• Engineer in Electrical or alternate education with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience in Product testing

Your skills:

• Convincing skills and diplomacy. You need to be able to come to compromises and you can push strongly when required. It’s all about ensuring the compliance of our offer
• Organized, Rigorous and curious: ability to understand deeply topics without missing any information
• Agility and Flexibility
• Knowledge in application of Statutory Instruments and Standards
• Knowledge in conformity assessment for national and international market is a plus
• Knowledge about the offer and its technology is an advantage : experience in communication interfaces and protocols & basic knowledge in cybersecurity
• Mastering English language is mandatory
