Work you’ll do
The Change Assets Sales Enablement Senior Consultant is responsible for driving sales for Deloitte’s Change Assets, including ChangeScout, Communications Generator, and Transformation Intelligence Scans, as well as supporting marketing efforts. This role manages the sales cycle for US and global opportunities from positioning all the way through to contracting. Duties include material creation to support pursuits, delivering client demos and orals presentations, and supporting general marketing materials. The Sales Enablement Senior Consultant also serves as expert with peers, driving education and awareness on the full suite of change management methodology and tools.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supporting US and Global teams in the pursuit process, including guidance on positioning, assistance with pricing, and delivering live client demos

Supporting the contracting process

Tracking the US and Global pipelines
-
Liaising with Industry and other go-to-market sales champions, including identifying opportunities and accounts to target for penetration

Sales reporting to numerous parties
-
Creating and maintaining standard sales and marketing materials such as pursuit packs, playbooks, videos, one-pagers, and websites

Coordinating with marketing teams to drive marketing initiatives both internally and externally

Advising account teams on client delivery of change assets
Qualifications:
Required
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
4+ years of experience in client delivery, consultative sales, account management and/or management consulting
-
2+ years of experience leading teams in change management and/or organizational development
-
2+ years of experience presenting to senior level clients
-
1+ years of experience in business development
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
-
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/ sectors you serve
Preferred:

Enthusiasm for cloud technology solutions

Experience with CRM systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
