Change Lead (Black-belt)
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid working
Salary: £50-62K (up to 20% Performance Bonus + Healthcare)

We’re looking for a Lean Six Sigma Change Lead, to help lead and manage a variety of strategic improvement and transformational initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead a variety of digital change and transformation projects, working across our Transmission business. The aim will be to enhance our customer’s experience through digital innovation, bringing value to the customer and the business.
You’ll work across complex programs of work, building relationships, and engaging with SMEs to define our ‘AS-IS’ and ‘TO-BE’ digital solutions processes. You’ll facilitate change, carrying out impact assessments and developing change roadmaps.
You’ll drive strategic change by leading/ coaching continuous improvement, championing innovation, and operating with agility.
You’ll lead the people side of change (using Prosci Change Management framework) defining measurable goals and metrics for success.
