EU WFS is looking for a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within WFS, enabling support of Amazon’s first, middle and last mile Logistics. This Change Program Manager is responsible for delivery of change initiatives and driving change adoption across teams.
This role can be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland or LuxembourgKey job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– • Experience in leading programs or projects
– • Experience in change lead roles
– • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
– • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– PMP certificate
