Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s menu standards.
Assist in the planning and preparation of daily specials and menus.
Ensure consistency and quality of food production, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring all areas comply with food safety standards.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock control of ingredients.
Contribute to creating a positive and productive working environment by cooperating with all kitchen team members.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen best practices.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Desired Experience:
Experience in a hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of kitchen staff.
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate them effectively.
