• Assist in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Prepare and cook meals as per the menu and special requests while adhering to food safety standards.
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and skill development.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus and develop new recipes.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with catering for events and private functions as required by the restaurant.
• Handle any customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the scheduling of kitchen staff and workflow management.

Desired Experience:Candidates should have solid experience in a professional kitchen environment, showcasing knowledge of hospitality operations and a passion for culinary arts.Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of hospitality standards and kitchen operations.
