Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef and the team ensuring smooth daily operations
Has a genuine passion for great food with experience as a chef de partie in a high quality, fast-paced kitchen
Able to work as part of a team & communicate effectively
Able to organise a complete section by writing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists & prioritising tasks efficiently
Takes pride in their role & also their appearance
Demonstrates a great attention to detail & a strive for excellence on a daily basis
The salary and benefits package includes:
£11.90 PH plus an equal share of TRONC tips from service charge & cash tips (approx £2.50-£3 PH)
