They will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, providing strategic financial guidance, and managing financial risks.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, proven leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- +10 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Relevant professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in the Fintech industry is a must
- Experience with Telecom or Banking is a bonus
- Prior experience leading fundraising campaigns for projects
- Prior Experience with M&A Deals
- Experience with maintaining overall financial structure and growth
