They will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, providing strategic financial guidance, and managing financial risks.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, proven leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• +10 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Relevant professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience in the Fintech industry is a must
• Experience with Telecom or Banking is a bonus
• Prior experience leading fundraising campaigns for projects
• Prior Experience with M&A Deals
• Experience with maintaining overall financial structure and growth
