What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations of the technology organization to optimize processes and drive efficiency across engineering, product, and data teams.
• Leading high-impact, cross-functional programs and special initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Preparing and delivering technical briefings, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders, articulating the team’s vision and progress.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture by facilitating decision-making, managing team offsites, and supporting change management initiatives.
• Partnering with HR and engineering leaders on technical talent acquisition, career development, and retention programs.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the technology executive, managing time and priorities, attending meetings, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, such as product manager, engineering manager, program manager, or technical consultant.
• Proven track record in strategic or operational roles within fast-paced technology companies, driving complex projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of Silicon and IP design teams, flows, and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
