JOB SUMMARY:
This Revenue Specialist III – Child Support Customer Service Representative I position, on the Customer Service Delivery Team, performs customer support using a variety of methods including telephone, in person, chat, or email for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

Initiating and responding to requests

Coordinating with internal and external partners

Researching and resolving case issues

Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

Interviewing customers in person and/or over the telephonr

Interacting with other states, employers, and other business partners

Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-
Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist III
-
Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).
SPECIAL NOTES:

Standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday

May require you to work outside your regular work schedule.

This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
SALARY: $37,742.76 – $47,556.72.
