In other words, our role is to provide CIOs with a “right hand” to drive Strategy, Governance, IT Operating Model and IT Performance Management while monitoring Transformation & New ways of working, Portfolio management, Core IT processes digitalization, IT Marketing, Workforce planning…We operate as One Team in a very consistent and effective collaboration mode, engaging with the worldwide community of 2,000 Tech people.Today, we’re looking for a CIO Office & Transformation Manager to join our growing team, a team of more than 70 talented people across the world committed to the right execution of the Beauty Tech Strategy.What a day in the life of the CIO Office & Transformation team looks like:The CIO Office & Transformation team is the driving force behind L’Oréal’s digital transformation, actively shaping the future of beauty through technology. And you? You’ll be right in the heart of it, helping us set the trends, not just follow them. Here’s a taste of what that could look like:

  • Driving IT Transformation Program:
  • You will support the Group CIO, as a trusted advisor, to define and implement L’Oréal’s IT vision. You’ll coordinate efforts across teams, translating strategic business goals into tangible IT initiatives. Think direct impact on areas Tech Foundations, Data Strategy, IT Process Excellence & Talent Development.
  • You will steer transformation program workstreams, meticulously monitoring KPIs, and ensuring global teams work together seamlessly to bring these transformative projects to life.
  • You will also empower our leaders with the data and insights they need to make informed strategic decisions. This involves crafting compelling presentations, establishing steering committees, and facilitating key communication channels, all backed by a combination of qualitative and quantitative KPIs to drive action.
  • Throughout it all, you’ll be a guardian of IT standards, ensuring rigorous adherence every step of the way.
  • Pioneering New Ways of Working: You will be catalyst for evolving our operational model by incubating and maturing critical capabilities like Digital Product Management. This includes establishing best practices, frameworks and supporting teams in the adoption of those new ways of working.
  • Leading Change Management: You won’t just deliver change; you’ll champion the adoption. Developing a culture of change and adoption and implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure smooth activation and maximize the value of every transformation.
  • Building a Connected Future:
  • You will foster strong relationships across IT and business entities, ensuring seamless communication, knowledge sharing and alignment on strategic initiatives (think Strategic frameworks, Reference guides, IT Transformation Playbook).
  • You’ll play a key role in nurturing the CIO Office & Transformation community, curating relevant content, and ensuring practices are consistently upheld while embedding Sustainability principles in our activities.
