(Direct Hire)Location: Waynesboro, GACompany: Connected HealthcareShift: 4×10’s Days – No On-Call, No Weekends, No HolidaysJob Summary:Connected Healthcare is seeking a skilled Circulating Registered Nurse for an operating room position at a facility in Waynesboro, GA. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in managing the surgical environment, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional care to patients throughout their surgical experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the surgical environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal care.
• Prepare and manage the operating room, including equipment setup and sterile field maintenance.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement patient care during procedures.
• Monitor and document patient status throughout the surgery and respond to any immediate needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage and review patient records, including documenting surgical procedures and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
• Previous experience in a surgical or operating room setting is preferred.
