You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely 🏠, while also connecting with your colleagues at our Brighton office on occasions for training and events.You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK 🇬🇧, US 🇺🇸, and the Netherlands 🇳🇱, with plans to expand into new European countries.Supported by (and reporting to) the team leader, you’ll be joining a friendly team of claims professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional service to INSHUR customers.We value high performance and care deeply about making INSHUR a place where everyone is building something special, that we can all be proud of, while enjoying the ride.What you’ll doAs a Claims Handler you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of third-party motor claims, ensuring efficient resolution.You’ll be working on:

  • Evaluating claims to determine liability and negotiate settlements with third parties.
  • Developing strong relationships with third-party insurers, brokers, and intermediaries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance claims processes and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Embracing our technology-driven approach to maintain accurate records and reporting within our claims management system.
