Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.Responsibilities:
- Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
- Work with our dispatch teams to develop routes using your knowledge of geography, and the needs of our customers.
- Deliver product to both our residential and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and all other paperwork required.
- Report any potential hazards to dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
- Work schedule will vary – need willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends
- Other duties as required by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 AZ Commercial Driver’s license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean CVOR / personal driving record within Company standards.
- Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.
- Experience delivering propane is required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of propane considered an asset.
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
