They serve caterers, retailers and other businesses; offering delivered and collection services.We are seeking experienced Class 2 Drivers who are comfortable with manual handling and have prior experience using pump trucks. If you’re looking for a role that provides local deliveries with occasional non- local shifts elsewhere in the UK, this is the opportunity for you.Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering palletized goods: Packaged and sealed ensuring safety and precision.
- Local deliveries: Primarily within the local area, with occasional nonlocal shifts
- Shift start time: 7:00 AM sharp, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Manual handling including loading/unloading pallets using both manual and electric pump trucks.
- Operational training: As appropriate you will be fully trained to use power assisted pump trucks, so you can carry out your tasks efficiently and safely.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) license.
- Prior experience using manual pump trucks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to power assisted pump truck operations.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good time management and communication skills to ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.
