You are expected to assist with deep cleaning during term breaks and report any hazards or necessary repairs, contributing to the overall health and safety of the school community.Job Title: Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Cleaning Tasks: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting classrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
• Sanitizing Key Areas: Ensuring toilets, sinks, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected to maintain hygiene standards.
• Emptying Bins: Keeping waste areas clean and tidy.
• Replenishing Supplies: Restocking hand soap, paper towels, and other essentials.
• Specialized Cleaning: Assisting with deep cleans during term breaks or as needed.
• Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring cleaning tools and products are used safely and stored correctly.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Following cleaning protocols and reporting any hazards or repairs needed.

Requirements:

• An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
