Job Description: Team Cleaner / Housekeeper / JanitorPosition: Cleaner Team / Housekeeper Team / Janitor Team – looking for a Cleaner Team ready toKey Responsibilities:Lead or work within a cleaning team of two or more to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of various environments including homes, offices, and hotels.
Coordinate and execute cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Manage and oversee housekeeping duties for small cleaning companies or teams, similar to Merry Maids, Molly Maid, GetMaids, or other local cleaning services.
Supervise or participate in team-based maid services or home cleaning tasks for both domestic and commercial clients.
Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-ordered through effective team management and custodial practices.
Offer professional cleaning services, emphasizing teamwork for large-scale private and commercial cleaning projects.Qualifications:Experience leading or working in a team for cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles is highly preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, accommodating both part-time and full-time schedules.
Good physical condition to manage the demands of cleaning tasks, including lifting equipment.
Proficient use of cleaning tools and products in a team setting.
Knowledge in residential cleaning and home maintenance, beneficial for managing house cleaning tasks.
