The role provides the opportunity for individuals and firms to work closely with Client Campaigns to create an end-to-end client journey with the ‘heavy lifting’ being controlled and allowing the individuals/firms to have more client contact.Because of the diversity of the work we do, no two days are ever the same and the Client Campaigns Relationship Support will be a pivotal contact between Firms, Advisers, The National Hub Paraplanning, Providers and the wider Quilter Financial Planning business.Head of Client CampaignsAbout the RoleLevel: 3Department: Client Campaigns – DistributionLocation: Homebased, United Kingdom (Fully Remote)Contract type: Permanent, Full-TimeNon regulatedYou will be expected to have a good understanding of the financial advice process and will be closely working with experienced paraplanners within the National Hub. Your role will be supporting the relationship with both individuals and firms that have expressed a desire to align themselves closer to Quilter. Our core objective is to take away the ‘heavy lifting’ and ensure that no matter the size of the client bank, we are supporting them on this journey and ensuring good client outcomes at all times.The first stage will be to meet with the firm/adviser to understand their client bank and discuss their individual objectives, whilst introducing the support framework we have available to them. Whilst this is a remote working opportunity, you will have an element of travel within the role.Subsequent to the initial client meeting, you will carry out a thorough analysis of their client bank to understand the opportunity and highlight any obstructions to doing business. You will be analytical in your approach and will be calculating savings where appropriate to create a master project report. We will do our best to work a traffic light system, identifying the immediate opportunities and tailor this to the objectives gathered from the initial meeting.With an appropriate plan in place, the Client Relationship Support team will be the link between the individual/firm and the Adviser Support Hub Paraplanning team. You will be continuously observing to ensure that all parties are working in unison with each other all the way through to applications being submitted and completing. This is a role whereby you will become the key reference point and will be reacting at pace to seek solutions and liaise with teams across Quilter Financial Planning and building relationships.You will be managing your relationships through monthly or bi-weekly sessions to review the priorities and help with keeping the momentum. Client Campaigns provide regular updates on the progress of individuals and firms with a consistent approach.You will be using the knowledge you build from adviser interactions to share ‘best practice’ and support the onboarding of new opportunities.About YouApplications from people with diverse backgrounds enables our inclusive organisation to thrive.
