Dentsu delivers end-to-end experience transformation (EX) by integrating its services across Media, CXM and Creative, while its business transformation (BX) mindset pushes the boundaries of transformation and sustainable growth for brands, people and society.We’re hiring for a Client Finance Ops Specialist to join our Finance Operations Delivery team in London.Purpose of the RoleAs Client Finance Ops Specialist you’ll support the Client Finance Ops Director in delivery on the client account, managing processes with the wider stakeholder group to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners to ensure that channel and client teams are logging accurate bookings on time to enable clients to be billed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Finance Ops Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client booking and billing processes.
  • Working with media channel and client teams to ensure that clients activity is logged accurately and enable billings to go out on time.
  • Work collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
  • Project manages clients’ financial health including managing timelines and budget allocations.
  • Review processes to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.
  • Provide accurate financial details and updates to clients.
  • First point of contact for assistance for trouble shooting and identifying and solving any issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications + Skills

  • A financial background, ideally from a billings or credit control environment.
  • Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling complex data queries including collating data from different sources and working with different currencies.
  • Excellent excel skills and good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills when dealing with clients/customers.
  • Able to communicate effectively with wide range of stakeholders internally that span different regions.
  • Adaptable to change and a comfortable working in a changing environment.
