This individual will be responsible for deepening strategic relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the continued success of their AI and analytics solutions. This is a remote role, requiring the ability to manage complex client relationships across multiple vertical industries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Client Relationships: Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, the Client Partner will foster strong, strategic partnerships.
  • Driving Account Growth: The role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the company’s services within existing accounts, leveraging its extensive portfolio of Data, AI, and Analytics solutions.
  • Applying Industry Expertise: The successful candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, aligning the company’s solutions with clients’ business objectives.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Teams: The Client Partner will guide teams in delivering high-value outcomes for clients, ensuring satisfaction and measurable results.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in professional services, preferably with experience in big tech or large consulting firms.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, complex client accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge across various vertical industries, with a strong understanding of client-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust and rapport with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
