You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!What you will doThe Client Payment Assistant will work as part of a busy team and be responsible for transactional processes, month end reporting and maintaining SAR compliance.A typical day will involve anything from high volume processing to liaising with partners and fee earners and resolving queries.The Client Payment Assistant role will undertake the following key responsibilities;

  • TT Payments- Client Accounts
  • Client account cheque checking and production
  • Ensuring that the client transactions are posted in a timely manner and in accordance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Interest calculations
  • To undertake any other ad hoc duties as required and answer any queries.

Who you areThe candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes;

  • Solicitors Account Rules knowledge (desirable)
  • An ability to communicate effectively and to build strong working relationships with both team members and internal clients
  • Ability to respond promptly and accurately to both internal and external customers’ demands in a confident, efficient manner.
  • You will need to be accurate and organised with a good eye for detail
  • Good level of education or equivalent work experience (looking to obtain The Institute of Legal Cashiers & Administrators Diploma qualification)
  • Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).
